What this site is
Right now, pagmapro.com is three things: a library of write-ups about why lash adhesive behaves the way it does, a tool that estimates which humidity band your studio works in, and a waitlist.
Nothing is for sale here yet. There is no cart, no checkout, and no way to place an order. When that changes we’ll publish terms of sale to go with it.
By using the site you’re agreeing to what’s below. If you don’t, that’s fine — please don’t use it.
The Library is information, not instruction
The articles describe published chemistry and the failure modes working techs actually report. They’re written carefully and we correct them when we’re wrong.
They are not training, they are not a substitute for your certification, and they don’t account for your specific room, product, or client. You are the professional in your chair. Use your own judgement, follow your adhesive manufacturer’s directions, and follow the rules of whatever body licenses you.
The Matcher gives you an estimate
The Matcher asks about your studio and suggests a humidity band. Two honest limits:
- If you enter a reading, the answer is only as good as your hygrometer and where you put it.
- If you answer the estimate questions instead, the result is inference from a handful of questions about your climate and HVAC. It is a starting point for measuring, not a measurement.
Either way it’s a recommendation, not a guarantee of any retention outcome. Retention depends on your technique, your isolation, your client’s natural lashes and aftercare, and conditions we can’t see. Measure your own room before you change how you work.
Safety
Lash adhesive is a professional product used near the eye. Follow the manufacturer’s safety directions and your training. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If a client has a reaction, get them appropriate care — and, if it involves one of our products once we have them, please tell us at [email protected] so we can meet our own reporting obligations.
The waitlist
Joining means we hold your email — and your humidity reading and state, if you give them — so we can tell you when we launch. What we do with that is set out in our privacy policy. You can leave at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.
Joining a waitlist isn’t an order. It doesn’t reserve stock, lock a price, or oblige either of us to buy or sell anything.
Our content
The writing, images and code on this site belong to PAGMA LLC. You’re welcome to read it, link to it, and quote a reasonable amount with attribution — genuinely, we’d like techs to share it. Please don’t republish whole articles as your own or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
What we don’t promise
The site is provided as it is. We don’t promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, PAGMA LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using this site. Some places don’t allow those limits, in which case they don’t apply to you.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that can’t be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we change something that matters, we’ll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
